Graham Kendall & Co is NOT a franchise and is NOT linked in any way to a franchise dealership, unlike some so called independent accountancy businesses.  We are a totally independent partnership based in East Sussex.  Our independence means that clients get the full personal treatment without being referred from one person to another, and it keeps our fees highly competitive, as does the fact that we do not work from expensive town centre premises.

Clients will NOT be charged extra fees for phone calls, letters and follow-up work.  Some prefessionals charge high fees for such ancilliary work. With Graham Kendall & Co the quoted fee will be all that you will pay.  The same applies if a client asks us to provide a reference, eg for a mortgage application.
